1. How far in advance can I schedule a gift?

You can schedule a gift up to one year in advance, ensuring that your gifts are sent at the perfect time for special occasions.

2. Can I choose the delivery date for my gift?

Yes, we typically deliver as early as 1 month before and latest 1 week prior to the event. You can check the calendar for the specific event delivery period. Upon receipt of your bundles delivery date, you are able to request a new date if this does not work for you.

3. What if I want to change an item in my bundle?

If you need to make changes to your bundle, you can do so up until the point it has been shipped. Just contact our support team for help and check the Terms and Conditions.

4. What happens if I don’t like the final bundle?

We send preview images of your bundle before shipping. If you’re not satisfied, there are options to make changes or request a refund at that stage.

5. Can I return a bundle after delivery?

If you are not satisfied with the bundle upon delivery, you can initiate a return as per our return policy stated in the Terms and Conditions.

6. Are all items in the bundle sourced from trusted brands?

Yes, we source all items from reputable retailers like Amazon, ensuring quality and reliability.

7. Can I customize a bundle for a specific event or person?

Absolutely. While we have pre-made bundles, you can also create a custom bundle by selecting specific items that suit your recipient’s preferences. Check out our 'You Choose' & 'Create Your Own Bundle' section.

8. Are you looking to introduce Birthdays and Anniversary bundles?

Yes, as these types of events are subjective and personal to the individual, we are looking to impliment a subscription service where you can tell us these key event dates and select bundles accordingly.

9. Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

10. What are the shipping options and costs?

Shipping costs are included in the bundles price. As the bundle is purchased for a date in the forseeable future, there is no requirement to have an expedited shipping service. You can instead have peace of mind knowing once you have bought a bundle, everything will be taken care of by us. We operate in the UK only.
